Seiretto Easy Referrals - details and terms, last updated 8th July 2008

Discount/referral system - YOU can now award 10% discount to family, friends, colleagues and fellow web surfers for any new web hosting account or dedicated server by simply giving them your unique referrer code (to retrieve this login to your members area). AND if they purchase from us using your code we will reward you with 11% of the value of the order by adding the equivalent to your account (11% of the value of the order, rounded up, which will be automatically added to the renewal date of the related web hosting account or dedicated server when the new account is one month old).

The system is fully automated and will inform you when you get a new referral, all you need to do is use your unique referral code:

• within emails you send
• on your own website
• on forum posts
• telephone - you can even tell prospects your code over the telephone

Terms:

1. The validity of the referrer link is for the whole life of the related account or server and is not transferable.
   
2. The current rates (10% discount and 11% credit rate) may change, increasing or reducing. However, we will attempt to maintain as high a discount and rate as possible. The discount is deducted at the time the new order is made. The credit rate used to calculate the value will be the rate at the time the new order was made.
3. Any credit earned can only be added to the expiry date of the related hosting account or dedicated server.
4. All credits will show as "due" on your account immediately a purchase is completed, and will be credited when the new account is 30 days old. Any credit earned can only be added to the expiry date of the related hosting account or dedicated server.
   
5. Any referred site that does not meet our terms at: http://www.seiretto.com/terms.php will not be eligible for our hosting services and therefore will not qualify for referral credits.
6. The discount can not be used in conjunction with any other offers (if your referrer code is used and other discounts are in operation the automated system will default to use your discount referrer code).
7. Limitation of liability - in no event shall Seiretto be liable to the Customer for any loss of business, contracts, profits or anticipated savings or for any other indirect or consequential or economic loss whatsoever.
8. We do not tolerate spam. You must not spam, bulk email, the special referral code; this type of behaviour will not be tolerated and can result in your account being terminated. This does not include direct emails to your friends/colleagues/family.
9. Do not mislead a potential Customer with a view to gaining credits, this includes making exaggerated or untrue claims, within email newsletters, posts to forums or blogs, etc.
10. Seiretto reserve the right to cancel the credit on any account at any time without notice.
11. Seiretto reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which the Seiretto's Easy Referrals program is offered including, but not limited to, the changes associated with the use of Seiretto's Easy Referrals program.
12. You agree to be responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.
13. By continuing to use a referral code to Seiretto's Easy Referrals program constitutes agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices.
