General FAQs:

Q. Can anyone join?
A. Any of our existing clients can make use of the program; if you are not currently one of our clients then this program is not open to you.

Q. How does the referrals program work?
A. You provide your unique referral code (to retrieve this login to your members area) to family, friends, colleagues and fellow web surfers - when they use the referral code the discounts are automatically applied. If/when they have completed their order and the new account is activated the relevant credits are assigned to your own hosting account or dedicated server.
For example:

If you refer a new client and they purchase a Premier hosting account for £89 (which is the average spend by new clients) then the new client would receive £9 discount (at the current discount rate of 10%), and you as the referrer would receive £9 (at the current credit rate of 11% of the discounted order value) towards the renewal of your own hosting account or dedicated server; if your hosting account is a Starter account (currently costing £49 per year) this would provide you with approximately 68 days(s) hosting credit.
So now you can:

• Offer your friends an average of £9 discount (or 10% of the order value), and
• Gain an average of £9 credit per sale (or 11% of the discounted order value)
• And at the same time you will be helping us to gain a new client.

Q. My company are considering buying a new server from you, could I get them to use my referral code when ordering so I get the referral credit added to my personal Starter website?
A. Yes. There is no restriction on who you can refer, it can be friends, colleagues, business acquaintances, or surfers from your website or other websites (forums, blogs, etc.).

Q. How will I know if I have any hits or sales, and how much credit I have?
A. If you login the hits and purchases you have referred will be shown.

Q. What are the current rates?
A. The current rates are: 10% discount and 11% credit on all referred new orders.

Q. When will my hosting account be credited with the new purchase?
A. All credits will show on your account immediately a purchase is completed, but will only show as "due" until the new account is 30 days old, at which time the credit will be added to the relevant hosting account or dedicated server.
